
J. Jih
J. Jih is the principal of Studio J. Jih and a lecturer at MIT Department of Architecture. In addition to MIT, Jih has also taught at the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard GSD, Yale School of Architecture, and UCLA. As an architect in Massachusetts and AIA member, Jih’s work focuses on the construction of architectural figures through material systems, geometry, choreography, and identity. During their career, Jih has received a number of design accolades, including the Faculty Design Award from Harvard Graduate School of Design and the Rotch Traveling Scholarship.
