Robert (Bob) Hale is one of the creative directors of international multidisciplinary design collective, RIOS. Hale has collaborated on a vast array of projects including urban design, corporate, multi-family residential, commercial, and cultural design. Hale has academic experience from teaching at Tulane, University of California Los Angeles, University of Las Vegas, and the University of Southern California.
